REACTORS, PRESSURE VESSELS, SEPARATORS, FILTERS, HEAT EXCHANGERS<\/h3>\n

Based on the applicable regulations, our experienced employees design and manufacture equipment from C-steels (P235…P460), stainless steels (1.4301….1.4539\/Duplex: 1.4462…) or higher-grade alloys to meet your individual requirements. The production of clad vessels is also possible. Furthermore, we are able to manufacture and supply piping of Category II Module A1 .<\/p>\n

A wide range of CAE tools are available for the design of apparatus and piping. Design, material procurement and manufacturing are carried out on our premises, so that we can react very quickly and flexibly to the wishes and requirements of our customers.<\/p>\n

STRONG CONNECTIONS<\/h3>\n

State-of-the-art welding technology coupled with decades of professional experience of our certified welders ensures the high quality level of SILICA equipment. In addition to the classic manual processes, such as manual electric welding or TIG welding, we also use pulsed MIG\/MAG welding, MAG welding with flux cored wire and microplasma welding. Submerged arc welding and orbital welding are used as automated processes.<\/p>\n

Valid welding procedure qualifications are available for all welding procedures in accordance with the requirements of AD2000 Merkblatt 2\/1, DIN EN ISO 15614-1, DIN EN ISO 15614-8, Directive 2014\/68\/EU and Section IX of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.<\/p>\n

Our welders have valid examinations according to DIN EN ISO 9606, AD2000 HP3 and Directive 2014\/68\/EU, as well as the test certificate for operators\/setters of welding machines according to DIN EN ISO 14732.<\/p>\n
